I want so bad to fit into some adorable summer clothes!!! I know I'm not hugely over weight or anything but I'm so not at a healthy weight. I need to loose about 20 lbs maybe just even 15 and I would be happy. That would put me at 125... and I'm good with that. I'm trying to do the 30 day shred... and I have gained muscle but not shed any lbs. I know I"m changing but why are my legs getting bigger not smaller... I know the answer but it doesn't make it any better.
